Besides his successes of personal transactions being more than 1000 properties and an array of awards as Top Leader and Producer, he feels that his most significant achievement is inspiring, impacting and transforming the lives of his team members, who have followed in Benjamin's footsteps and achieved their success.
Benjamin places much emphasis to provide the best and current content for the training, which is delivered in plug and play formats. Mentoring is at a personal level, which enables specific identification and customised mentoring solutions.

In-house Studio & Folding Machine Usage for all BTA members
Conveniently located at Toa Payoh, BTA supports all agents with a studio that enables photoshoot, live streaming and video filming.
Our BTA office has been ergonomically designed and fitted for meetings, sharing sessions and trainings. Team members can discuss, huddle and prospect clients in the comfort of a professional ambience.
Additionally, use of the in-house studio, folding machine is available to all BTA team members to facilitate marketing, photoshoots, live streaming session and filming of videos.
Events & Webinars
BTA organises a myriad of different events and webinars regularly. Some are sharing and training sessions, while some are celebratory and bonding events.
The celebratory and binding events are held at various locations, with some held overseas. Recently, BTA organised an incentive trip for BTA Millionaires to Paris and a family trip to Kukup for fresh and tantalising seafood. It is through such exciting events that the bonding, camaderie and networking in BTA strengthens.
